Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a faulty or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details of the product issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
